Does BigBags-shop.com also sell to private individuals?
Absolutely, no problem whatsoever. As many private individuals do not need more than 5 to 10 bags, they are specially wrapped and shipped with parcel service.

When can I expect my order?
When we receive your order on weekdays before 3 p.m., the goods will be shipped the same day (not in case of bank transfer). When we receive your order on Saturday or Sunday, the goods will be shipped on Monday. Please keep in mind that we do not deliver on Saturdays.

Can I also pick up from BigBags-shop.com?
Absolutely, that’s even possible for small quantities. Please contact us if you’re interested.

How much is the shipping cost?
Depending on the quantity of big bags you order, the shipping costs vary. You can find these costs at the moment you indicate how many bags you want and you are shown an estimate of costs.

Does BigBags-shop.com also sell big bags with contents?
It is not possible to order big bags with contents. BigBags-shop.com sells empty big bags exclusively.

Does BigBags-shop.com also deliver abroad?
At the moment, the format of BigBags-shop.com is only operative in the Netherlands and Belgium. We are working on rolling it out to other countries. Quattropack is happy to help you with larger orders in the other countries, as we are active all over the world.

What to do if you can’t find your type of Big Bag?
In case you cannot find your type of Big Bags in our webshop and you would need more than 100 pieces, you shouldn’t hesitate to call or mail us with your question. Bigbags-shop.com is a part of Quattropack and we’ve sold all types of Big Bags (also called FIBCs: Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) for years.

How can I pay at BigBags-shop.com

You can pay in either of two ways:

• iDEAL
  • In advance by bank transfer

iDEAL:
You pay in your usual internet payment environment, based on specific security measures under care of your own bank (for additional information, go to the iDEAL website).

In advance, by bank transfer:
You pay the amount due for the order by bank transfer. Attention: the delivery term will only become effective from the moment payment has been received by Nebig Verpakkingen.

Are the prices on BigBags-shop.com inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All our prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. 

Can I get the order delivered to an address different to the invoicing address?

Yes, of course you can. In the order menu you can check the box for whether or not the delivery address is the same as the invoicing address. If not, you can fill out a different delivery address.
